White pepper steaks are a classic Italian dish. Veal steaks are dressed with a delicious white pepper sauce, butter and Cognac. This dish is appreciated for its bold flavor and its simplicity of preparation.
Coarsely grind the pepper, spread it on a sheet of paper and press each steak into it with your hand on both sides
In a pan melt the butter, place the steaks in it and cook over high heat
Season with salt, add the Cognac, ignite it and serve immediately
