Take 1 cauliflower and remove the leaves and the stem; quickly wash the cauliflower in cold water
Choose a pot according to its size
Place the cauliflower in it with 1/4 cup of milk and 1 teaspoon of salt
Cook over medium heat until a layer of water forms, then continue simmering over low heat for another 20-30 minutes until the cauliflower is tender
