Preparation

In a saucepan, bring 200 cl of water to a boil, place the steaming rack on top, and lay the monkfish sprinkled with chopped parsley on it.

Close the saucepan with the special inverted lid with a suction cup handle.
- STEP 3 OF 3
Cook on low heat for about 20 minutes; serve everything cold with a drizzle of diet olive oil, a grind of pepper, and lemon wedges.
