Stew is a delicious traditional Italian dish made with beef, vegetables, and white wine. The meat is cut into small pieces and cooked slowly with the vegetables until it becomes tender and juicy. This dish is perfect to enjoy during the colder months of the year, as it provides warmth and comfort.

Make a pesto with half an onion, half a carrot, and a stalk of celery (more or less for four people or three meals)
Put it in a pan with a bit of oil and butter and sauté until it gets a bit of color and becomes soft, then add 300-400 grams of beef cut into pieces along with a glass of white wine
Taste when it is almost cooked and add 2-3 potatoes also cut into pieces, a glass of water if there is little sauce, a tablespoon of tomato paste, and a bit of broth
Pepper and salt can be added to taste
