Wash the cherry tomatoes, remove a small cap from each, and gently hollow them out
Place the breadcrumbs in a dish, add the Parmesan cheese, finely chopped garlic cloves, a handful of chopped parsley, 3 tablespoons of oil, and salt
Mix and distribute the mixture inside the cherry tomatoes and arrange them in a slightly oiled baking dish that fits them snugly
Cut the mozzarella into cubes and place one on each cherry tomato
Bake at 2000 degrees for about 10 minutes
