

Stuffed cherry tomatoes are a delicious side dish made with cluster tomatoes filled with breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, mozzarella, and flavored with garlic and parsley. A simple and tasty dish, perfect for accompanying meat or fish.











Wash the cherry tomatoes, remove the top from each and gently hollow them out
Put the breadcrumbs in a plate, add the grated Parmesan cheese, finely chopped garlic cloves, a handful of chopped parsley, 3 tablespoons of oil, and salt
Mix and distribute the mixture inside the tomatoes and arrange them in a lightly oiled baking dish that fits them well
Cut the mozzarella into cubes and place one on each tomato
Bake at 2000 degrees for about 10 minutes
