Insert garlic and parsley into the bowl through the lid opening with blades moving at speed 6 for 3 seconds
Add breadcrumbs, parmesan, meat, salt, and pepper, and mix for 15 seconds at speed 2
Spread the mix obtained on aluminum foil and fill it with ham and cheese slices
Wrap it using the foil and place it in the Varoma greased with oil, removing the foil
Insert water into the bowl and cook for 6 minutes at 100 degrees, speed 1
Position the Varoma and cook for 30 minutes at speed 1, Varoma temperature
Tip: If desired, instead of water, you can cook a soup or sauce in the bowl
