    Add breadcrumbs, Parmesan, meat, salt, and pepper and mix for 15 seconds at speed 2

    Spread the mixture obtained on aluminum foil and stuff it with ham and sottilette

  4. STEP 4 OF 7

    Wrap it with the help of the foil and place it in the Varoma greased with oil, removing the foil

    Insert water into the bowl: 6 minutes at 100 temperature speed 1

    Place the Varoma and cook for 30 minutes at speed 1 Varoma temperature

    Tips: if desired, a soup or sauce can be cooked in the bowl instead of water
