

Stuffed roast is a delicious dish of pork filled with fontina cheese, flavored with sage and rosemary, and cooked with brandy for extra flavor. Perfect for a special lunch or dinner!
Tie the meat and insert sage and rosemary under the string
Brown in oil and butter, salt and pepper, and wet with a bit of brandy, let it evaporate and add 1/2 glass of water
Cook covered for 1 and a half hours
Remove the string and cut the meat into slices without cutting all the way through
Insert fontina between each slice and put in the oven at 180 degrees until melted
