

Stuffed zucchini flowers are a delicious side dish typical of Italian cuisine. The zucchini flowers are stuffed with prosciutto and mozzarella, then breaded and fried. They are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Best enjoyed hot and gooey!
Remove the stalk and pistil from the zucchini flowers being careful not to break them
Gently wash and dry them
Cut the mozzarella into small cubes and chop the ham, then combine and season with salt and pepper
Put 1 tablespoon of the mixture inside each flower
In a bowl, prepare a thick batter with warm water and white flour, season with salt and dip the flowers one at a time to fry in hot oil
Serve them hot
