
Stuffed zucchini flowers are a delicious side dish typical of Italian cuisine. The zucchini flowers are stuffed with prosciutto and mozzarella, then breaded and fried. They are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Best enjoyed hot and gooey!





Remove the stems and pistils from the zucchini flowers being careful not to break them
Wash them gently and dry them
Dice the mozzarella and chop the prosciutto, then combine and adjust with salt and pepper
Place 1 tablespoon of the mixture inside each flower
In a bowl, prepare a thick batter with lukewarm water and flour, season with salt, and one by one dip the flowers which will then be fried in hot oil
