
The Sturgeon and Salmon Appetizer is a delicious dish made with slices of smoked or boiled sturgeon and thin slices of smoked salmon. Dressed with olive oil, wine vinegar and pepper, it is served with toasted Pancarré. A starter rich in flavors and textures.

Cut the sturgeon and salmon into short, thin strips, place them in two small dishes and dress with oil, vinegar and a little freshly ground pepper.
Do not add salt.
Serve accompanied by Pancarré toasted just before serving.
Keep refrigerated for up to 2 days
