Super Pappa is a delicious soup of star-shaped pasta with veal baby food and a chicken thigh. The onion, carrot and celery give flavor and texture to the dish. Fresh cheese adds a creamy touch, while extra-virgin olive oil and salt complete the taste. This dish is perfect to prepare for little ones, but it is also appreciated by adults.

In 500 g of lightly salted water add a skinless chicken thigh, a small piece of celery, 1 small onion and 1 carrot, all well cleaned and washed; bring to a boil and cook for a little over an hour.
Strain the broth, separating the chicken meat and the vegetables.
Cook the star-shaped pasta in the chicken broth and drain it directly into the serving bowl.
Blend the veal separately with the help of a little cooking broth, add the fresh cheese while stirring, pour over the pasta and finish with extra-virgin olive oil.
