Prepare a rather soft polenta

Cut the mozzarella and emmental into very small cubes
- STEP 3 OF 5
Beat the eggs with the grated Parmesan cheese, add the diced cheeses and mix carefully

Pour the mixture into a buttered baking dish sprinkled with breadcrumbs, distribute small pieces of butter on the surface

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes
