Prepare a rather soft polenta
Cut the mozzarella and emmental into very small cubes
Beat the eggs with the grated Parmesan cheese, add the diced cheeses and mix carefully
Pour the mixture into a buttered and breadcrumb-sprinkled baking dish, distribute small pieces of butter on the surface
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes
