Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 5
Cut a cap off the tomatoes and hollow out each one to the size of a small walnut, being careful not to break them
- STEP 2 OF 5
Prepare a mixture with garlic, chili pepper, and basil and lightly brown it in 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- STEP 3 OF 5
Soften the bread in a little milk, squeeze it well, and add it to the sauté
- STEP 4 OF 5
Adjust the salt and stuff the tomatoes with this mixture
- STEP 5 OF 5
Wrap them individually in aluminum foil and bake in a hot oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes
