
Veal Chops Surprise is a tasty first course, typical of Italian cuisine. The veal chops are marinated for a few hours in lemon juice and parsley, then cooked in a pan with olive oil and butter until reaching perfect doneness. They are served hot, seasoned with salt and pepper.


In a non-stick pan, cook the veal chops for 2-3 minutes on each side: they should be well browned
Spread four sheets of aluminum foil or parchment paper on the table; on each one place the chops seasoned with salt, pepper, a little chopped parsley, lemon juice, and a knob of butter
Seal the packets and place them on the grill in the preheated oven at 220 degrees and cook for about 10 minutes
Remove from the oven, transfer the packets to individual plates and serve immediately
