
Veal Chops Surprise are a delicious first course, typical of Italian cuisine. The veal chops are marinated for a few hours in lemon juice and parsley, then cooked in a pan with olive oil and butter until perfectly done. They are served hot, seasoned with salt and pepper.






In a non-stick pan, cook the veal chops for 2-3 minutes on each side: they should be well browned
Lay out four sheets of aluminum foil or baking paper on the table; place the veal chops on each one, seasoning them with salt, pepper, chopped parsley, lemon juice, and a knob of butter
Seal the packets and place them on the rack of a preheated oven at 220 degrees and cook for about 10 minutes
Remove from the oven, transfer the packets to individual plates and serve immediately
