Surprise Veal Chops are a delicious main course, typical of Italian cuisine. The veal chops are marinated for a few hours in lemon juice and parsley, then cooked in a pan with olive oil and butter until perfectly done. They are served hot, seasoned with salt and pepper.
In a non-stick pan, cook the veal chops for 2-3 minutes on each side: they should be well browned
Spread out four sheets of aluminum foil or parchment paper on the table; place the chops on each, season with salt, pepper, a bit of chopped parsley, lemon juice, and a knob of butter
Close the packets, place them on the oven rack preheated to 220 degrees, and cook for about 10 minutes
Remove from the oven, transfer the packets to individual plates, and serve immediately
