Preparation

    In a non-stick pan, cook the veal chops for 2-3 minutes on each side: they should be well browned

    Spread out four sheets of aluminum foil or parchment paper on the table; place the chops on each, season with salt, pepper, a bit of chopped parsley, lemon juice, and a knob of butter

  3. STEP 3 OF 4

    Close the parcels, place them on the oven rack preheated to 220 degrees, and cook for about 10 minutes

  4. STEP 4 OF 4

    Remove from the oven, transfer the parcels to individual plates, and serve immediately
