Cook the rice in water; add salt, vinegar, sake, sugar and mix well
Make an omelet with the eggs, let it cool and cut into strips 2 cm wide
Peel and cut the cucumber lengthwise into 8 parts
Spread a thin layer of rice on a sheet of seaweed, pour a little wasabi sauce in the center and alternate the ingredients as desired
Carefully roll the seaweed and seal it by moistening the edge
Leave the rolls in the refrigerator to cool for half an hour, then cut them into small cylinders and serve with soy sauce
