Insert water and salt into the bowl, then place the basket with the onions and cook: 20 minutes at 100 degrees, speed 4
Remove the contents and set the onions aside
Insert the oil into the bowl and sauté for 3 minutes at 100 degrees, speed 1
Place the butterfly whisk, add the onions, and cook: 10 minutes at 100 degrees, speed 1 while keeping the measuring cup tilted
Add vinegar, sugar, and finish cooking for another 5 minutes at Varoma temperature, speed 1
