
Sweet and Sour Onions with the Bimby
Sweet and sour onions are a typical side dish of Italian cuisine. They are prepared with white onions sautéed in a pan and then cooked with a sweet and sour sauce made of vinegar, sugar, and pepper. 40G40G - Wine vinegar
5Cl5Cl - Sugar
2Tablespoons2Tablespoons - Saltto taste

Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 5
Insert the water and salt into the bowl, then the basket with the onions and cook: 20 minutes at 100 degrees speed 4
- STEP 2 OF 5
Remove the contents and set the onions aside
- STEP 3 OF 5
Insert the oil into the bowl and sauté for 3 minutes at 100 degrees speed 1
- STEP 4 OF 5
Place the butterfly, add the onions and cook: 10 minutes at 100 degrees speed 1 keeping the measuring cup tilted
- STEP 5 OF 5
Add the vinegar, sugar and finish cooking for another 5 minutes at Varoma temperature speed 1
