Wash the bell peppers, remove the seeds, and dice them into small cubes
Peel, deseed, and cube the tomatoes
Finely chop the onions
Moisten the couscous with a bowl of water poured gradually, then drain the semolina and add oil until the grains remain well separated
Mix the grains after letting them cool, add the tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, lemon juice, parsley, and mint
