
Tagliatelle with Onion

- Extra virgin olive oil

- Whole peppercornsas needed
Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 4
Slice the white onions into very thin rings and slowly stew them in a pan with a drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and a ladle of water for a good 40 minutes until the onions are completely softened.

Sprinkle them with a tablespoon of flour and mix with a bit of milk until you obtain a kind of rather liquid béchamel sauce, otherwise it will dry out the pasta.

Adjust with salt and grind the pepper, then cook the tagliatelle until al dente and toss them in the sauce.
