Clean and wash the zucchini and sprouts separately
Brown the minced garlic with the anchovies in the oil for 5 minutes, then add diced zucchini, sliced sprouts, and cubed potatoes
After 5 minutes, add the tomato; add 50 cl of water, bring to a boil, and cook for 30 minutes
