Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 5
Brown the fillets in butter, leaving them rare but with a golden surface, season with salt and pepper, and keep warm

Add butter to the cooking juices of the fillets and sauté the slices of white bread, remove them and heat the truffle slices in the same pan
