Chop the boiled eggs
Sift the drained tuna, ricotta, and eggs
Combine everything in a bowl
Finely chop capers, basil, and lemon zest
Add softened butter to the tuna and mix all ingredients with the juice of half a lemon, salt, and pepper until a homogeneous mixture is obtained
Form irregular balls and refrigerate them
At the moment of serving, create a bed of arugula on the serving plate and place the tuna bites on top
