Turkey cutlets are a delicious variation of the classic veal cutlets. The turkey breast is breaded and then fried until golden brown and crispy. The delicate flavor of turkey meat perfectly pairs with the touch of lemon and fresh parsley. This dish is ideal to serve as a second course accompanied by a fresh salad.

Flatten the turkey slices with a meat mallet
Beat the egg with a pinch of salt and add the chopped parsley
Dip the turkey slices in the egg and coat them with breadcrumbs
In a pan, melt the butter with the oil and cook the meat slices on low heat for 5 minutes on each side
Drain the cutlets on paper towels and serve them drizzled with lemon juice
