Flatten the turkey slices with a meat mallet
Beat the egg with a pinch of salt and add the chopped parsley
Dip the turkey slices in the egg and coat them with breadcrumbs
Melt butter with oil in a pan and cook the meat slices over low heat for 5 minutes on each side
Drain the cutlets on paper towels and serve them sprinkled with lemon juice
