Turkish-style cucumbers are a fresh and light side dish typical of Mediterranean cuisine. Their simplicity and quick preparation make them perfect to accompany main dishes based on meat or fish.
Peel the cucumbers and slice them very thinly with a potato chip slicer, place them in a colander, salt them, and let them drain for an hour.
Dry them well. In a bowl, mix the yogurt with salt and pepper.
Add the thinly sliced cucumbers and some fresh mint leaves.
