
Veal rolls are a classic dish of Italian cuisine, made with thin slices of veal filled with a succulent stuffing of pork, prosciutto, and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. Beat the veal slices
Chop the lean pork, the prosciutto, and the soaked bread crumb, mix with the egg, parmesan, salt and pepper
Align the slices and place a little of the obtained mixture in the center of each, roll them up and secure with a toothpick
Brown the rolls in the butter, turning them often and drizzling with a few tablespoons of dry white wine
Let them cook slowly for about 20 minutes
