Pound the veal slices
Chop the pork, prosciutto, and squeezed bread crumb, mix in the egg, Parmigiano, salt, and pepper
Align the slices and place a little of the mixture in the center of each, roll them up and secure with a toothpick
Brown the rolls in butter, turning them often and drizzling with a few tablespoons of dry white wine
Let them cook slowly for about 20 minutes
