
Venetian Fried Chicken
Venetian fried chicken is a tasty and crispy dish originating from the Veneto region. Preparation

Clean and cut the chicken into pieces, place it in a bowl, add the lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt, and let it marinate for an hour, turning it often.
