Clean the artichokes by removing the tougher outer leaves and trimming them to obtain hearts about 2 cm high
Sauté chopped garlic and parsley with 1/2 cup of oil, add the artichokes and let them absorb the flavors for 5 minutes, then pour in a cup of broth and cook slowly, covered, for about 30 minutes
