

Venetian artichokes are a delicious side dish typical of traditional Venetian cuisine. Prepared with fresh artichokes seasoned with garlic, parsley, and olive oil, they are soft and rich in flavor. Perfect to accompany meat or fish dishes.
Clean the artichokes by removing the first harder outer leaves and cut them to obtain 2 cm high hearts
Sauté a mixture of garlic and parsley with 1/2 glass of oil, add the artichokes and let them flavor for 5 minutes, then moisten them with a glass of broth and cook slowly and covered for about 30 minutes
