Carciofi alla veneta are a delicious side dish typical of traditional Venetian cuisine. Made with fresh artichokes seasoned with garlic, parsley and olive oil, they are tender and full of flavor. Perfect to accompany meat or fish dishes.
Clean the artichokes by removing the tougher outer leaves and cutting them to obtain hearts about 2 cm high
Sauté a chopped mixture of garlic and parsley in 1/2 glass of oil, place the artichokes in it and let them absorb the flavor for 5 minutes, then moisten them with a glass of broth and cook over low heat, covered, for about 30 minutes
