
Yellow Soup

Ingredients
- Yellow pumpkin
400G - Carrots
300G - Milk
200Cl - Eggs
2 - Grated parmesan cheese
40G - Flour
2Tablespoons - Tomato paste
2Teaspoons - Saffronto taste

- Pepperto taste
Preparation

Boil the pumpkin and carrots separately, then blend them together

Add the paste diluted with a few tablespoons of milk to the mixture

Then pour in all the rest of the hot milk
