Clean the zucchini, dry them, and slice them not too thinly
Dredge them in flour and fry them in hot oil
In a buttered baking dish, place a layer of zucchini, a layer of sliced mozzarella, and finally another layer of zucchini
Put in a preheated oven at 175º and bake for 10 minutes
Remove from the oven and spoon the beaten eggs over it
Salt and pepper
Put back in the oven for another 10-15 minutes
