Clean the zucchini, dry them, and cut them into slices not too thin
Flour them and fry in hot oil
In a buttered baking dish, place a layer of zucchini, a layer of sliced mozzarella, and finally a layer of zucchini
Place in a preheated oven at 175°C and bake for 10 minutes
Remove from the oven and spoon in the beaten eggs
Add salt and pepper
Put back in the oven for another 10-15 minutes
