
Grilled Seitan in Creamy Sesame Sauce with Basil and Lemon Pearls
Marinated and grilled seitan fillets, served with a creamy sesame and soy sauce, topped with fresh basil and Lemon Pearls for a surprising freshness and contrast!

- Natural seitan
300g300g - Soy sauce
20mL20mL - Fresh grated ginger
5g5g - Toasted sesame seeds
40g40g - Soy milk
60mL60mL - Tahini sauce
20g20g - Garlic
10g10g - Fresh basilto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Fine saltto taste
- Vandelli lemon pearls

Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 5
Marinate the seitan: cut the seitan into thick slices, season with soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, and black pepper. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- STEP 2 OF 5
Prepare the sauce: in a bowl, mix tahini, plant-based milk, lemon juice, a little salt, and garlic (if desired). Whisk until you get a smooth sauce.
- STEP 3 OF 5
Grill the seitan: heat a grill or non-stick pan well, cook the seitan for 2-3 minutes on each side until well browned.
- STEP 4 OF 5
Plate: pour the creamy sauce on the bottom of the plate, place the grilled seitan on top, sprinkle with chopped fresh basil and toasted sesame seeds.

Finish with Lemon Pearls for a touch of freshness.
