A surprising appetizer that combines the freshness of sweet peppers with the creaminess and complexity of two excellent cheeses: Parmigiano Reggiano and Goat's Soft Cheese. Perfect for an elegant buffet, a gourmet aperitif, or as refined finger food. The herbal note of fresh herbs adds liveliness and an irresistible fragrance. Ideal to serve with some Chili Pearls for a modern twist and a slightly spicy finish!
Wash and dry the peppers, then gently empty them of seeds.
In a mixer, blend the Goat's Soft Cheese with grated Parmesan, chopped chives and thyme, salt and pepper.
With a teaspoon, fill the peppers with the cheese and herb cream.

Serve accompanied by Chili Pearls to add a spicy note at the time of tasting.
