Wash and dry the peppers, then gently remove the seeds.
In a mixer, blend the Goat Cheese Mousse with grated Parmesan, chopped chives and thyme, salt, and pepper.
Using a teaspoon, fill the peppers with the cheese and herb cream.
Arrange on a serving plate and decorate with a few fresh leaves.
Serve accompanied by Chili Pearls to add a spicy note at the moment of tasting.
