50g50g - Goat cheese mousse
150g150g - Fresh chives

Preparation

Wash and dry the peppers, then gently remove the seeds.

In a mixer, blend the Goat Cheese Mousse with grated Parmesan, chopped chives and thyme, salt, and pepper.

Using a teaspoon, fill the peppers with the cheese and herb cream.

Arrange on a serving platter and garnish with a few fresh leaves.
