Crispy firm tofu glazed with Yakisoba Otafuku sauce. Simple and quick recipe, cooked in the air fryer to obtain a golden surface and a caramelized glaze.
Pat the tofu well with paper towels to remove excess liquid and cut it into cubes.
In a bowl, season the tofu cubes with sesame oil and cornstarch, tossing so they are well coated.
Arrange the tofu pieces in the air fryer basket avoiding overlaps.
Cook at 200°C for 12-15 minutes, shaking or turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Transfer the golden tofu to a bowl, add the Yakisoba Otafuku sauce and mix well to coat the cubes.
Return the glazed tofu to the air fryer for another 5 minutes at 180°C to caramelize the glaze; once cooked, sprinkle with sesame seeds and add spring onion to taste.
