Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 5

    Sauté the garlic, add the minced tofu, thinly sliced carrot, bean sprouts, chives, noodles soaked in boiling water and cut, and finally the fish sauce.

    Let cool and add the sugar and water.

  3. STEP 3 OF 5

    Lay out the phyllo pastry sheets in groups of three and cut into 8 squares.

    Fill, roll, and seal by brushing with beaten egg.

    Fry in plenty of oil.
