Description

Low cal peanut butter protein gelato mix. Lactose-free. High protein. No added sugars. How to prepare your Even gelato: With the Creami Ice Cream Maker: 1. Mix thoroughly: Combine the Even Peanut Butter mix (300g) and the partially skimmed lactose-free milk (700g) in an immersion blender and blend until homogeneous. 2. Pour and freeze: Evenly distribute the mixture into the Creami containers. Place in the freezer for at least 24 hours. 3. Enjoy your gelato!: Activate the "ice cream" mode on the Creami, select "respin" and let yourself be enchanted by the creaminess of your Even Gelato! Tip: For an even softer texture, you can repeat the "respin" function. With a Traditional Ice Cream Maker: 1. Mix thoroughly: Follow step 1 of the Creami instructions. 2. Chill in the fridge: Pour the mixture into a traditional ice cream maker and let it rest in the fridge for about 1 hour. 3. Enjoy your gelato!: Start the ice cream maker and wait for the cycle to complete. Make sure to stir the gelato during the process to avoid freezing on the edges. Once ready, enjoy your delicious Even Gelato! Tips: -For a more intense flavor, you can leave the mixture in the fridge for a longer time before blending. -If you do not have an immersion blender, you can use a traditional blender. However, the result may be slightly foamy. -You can customize your Even Gelato by adding fresh fruit, granola, or other ingredients to your liking.
