Panettone Galup Filiera 1Kg is a traditional Galup Panettone with certified Italian supply chain ingredients: the Piedmont Hazelnuts IGP always used for the famous glaze, of course, but also milk, eggs, flour, sugar, and butter. The cherries and candied oranges of Italian origin enrich its dough. The digestibility of the traditional panettone is very high thanks to the double leavening that reaches 40 hours in the case of the classic Galup panettone and the use of selected yeast, the panettone acquires a softness and digestibility typical of fresh high pastry desserts. Pairings: The Filiera Panettone is excellent enjoyed with a passito or a fine Moscato d'Asti. We recommend warming the panettone for about 10 minutes so that the butter melts and makes the panettone more flavorful. Storage: Store in a cool, dry place at a maximum temperature of 18 ÷ 20°C. The product should not be displayed in windows exposed to the sun or near heat sources.
