Panettone Galup Filiera 1Kg is the panettone with the traditional Galup recipe and certified Italian supply chain ingredients: the Nocciole Piemonte IGP used for the famous glaze, milk, eggs, flour, sugar, and butter. The cherries and candied oranges of Italian origin enrich the dough. The digestibility of the traditional panettone is very high thanks to the double fermentation that reaches 40 hours and the use of selected yeast, giving softness and digestibility typical of fresh high pastry desserts. Pairings: the Panettone Filiera is excellent with a passito or a Moscato d'Asti. It is recommended to warm it for about 10 minutes to melt the butter and make the panettone tastier. Storage: store in a cool, dry place at a maximum temperature of 18-20°C. The product must not be exposed to sunlight or near heat sources.
