The parcels are vinified separately in small vats with gentle remontage extraction, thus giving a harmonious structure and great aging potential to the various blends; the aging takes place 1 year in steel and 1 year in foudre and demi-muid. This bottle comes from private collections, restaurants, wine shops, or rare wine dealers. Although it has been checked, we cannot guarantee that after many years the wine is still perfectly preserved. We guarantee that the condition of the bottle is as described in the product sheet.
