Maturation is done through a first passage in stainless steel containers for about 5/6 months, followed by a passage in barrique for another 3 months. Aging is then done in the bottle for about 5/6 months. The color is ruby red with clear amaranth reflections. On the nose, fruity, floral, vegetal and spicy notes are perceived, with scents of berries, tamarind, black pepper, cloves, leather, coffee and licorice. On the palate, it is dry, warm, soft, moderately fresh and moderately tannic, balanced, intense, persistent and harmonious, we find the same scents perceived on the nose. Recommended pairing with appetizers based on cured meats and aged cheeses, first courses based on meat, grilled meats, sirloins and game. Serving temperature: 16-18° C Discover the producer.
