After the separation and malolactic fermentation, the wine is placed in oak barrels for an aging period of approximately 24 to 36 months. This bottle comes from private collections, restaurants, wine shops, or from rare wine merchants. Although it has been inspected, we cannot guarantee that after many years the wine is still perfectly preserved. We guarantee that the condition of the bottle is as described in the product sheet. The sale of this bottle is therefore subject to the clause “as seen and liked”. The bottle, unless in exceptional cases, is owned or available from third parties (the Principal) who has conferred, with a power of attorney contract, a sales mandate to iuain.com which, therefore, acts exclusively as an intermediary. The Principal declares, under its own responsibility, that the sale is not subject to Value Added Tax, as the conditions set forth in Art. 1 of D.P.R. No. 633 of 26/10/1972 are not met.
