Denomination: Chianti DOCG Grape Variety: 100% Sangiovese Name: Puro Alcohol: 13.5° Volume: 0.75L Production Area: Pontassieve (FI), Tuscany, Italy Description: Hand-harvested in crates, fermentation and maceration at controlled temperature in steel for about 8 days. After the malolactic fermentation, which occurs very quickly due to the absence of sulfites, the wine is racked and kept at a temperature of 10 degrees. Aged in steel for about 6 months. The wine is then bottled to maintain all its freshness and integrity. The color is an intense and bright purple red. On the nose, young aromas of freshly squeezed blackberry, strawberry, and violet are perceived. On the palate, it is fresh, juicy, and crisp, an explosion of fruit with evident notes of cherry. A finish of good persistence. The style may remind one of a nouveau, but being a completely natural wine makes it easy to drink and immediately accessible. It is a natural wine without added sulfites created in 2010, it is the first Chianti DOCG without sulfites. Recommended pairing with appetizers, starters, first courses, white meats, fresh cheeses. Serving temperature 16-18°C.
