The aging process takes place in oak barrels for a minimum of 2 years, followed by resting in the bottle. The color is an intense garnet red in its youth, acquiring delicate orange reflections over time. On the nose, it is elegant with hints of blackberry and licorice accompanied by spicy and toasted notes. On the palate, it is full and decisive, with composed and not excessive acidity, velvety and fine tannins, and a very long-lasting taste and smell persistence that fills the mouth. Recommended pairing with pasta with meat ragù or risottos, red meats, roasts, game, braised dishes, and well-aged cheeses. Recommended temperature: 18-20° C
