Aged for 10 years on the lees in temperature-controlled environments. Disgorgement carried out using only wine from the same cuvée for topping up procedures. The color is straw yellow with golden reflections. On the nose, a fine, persistent, and balanced bouquet with hints of toasted hazelnuts and bread crust. On the palate, it is complex, creamy, intense, and elegant with a pleasant acidity, followed by a persistent sapidity. Recommended pairing with fish appetizers, shellfish, or elaborate seafood first courses, also recommended as an aperitif. Serving temperature: 10-12° C
