Sparkling wine obtained from the transformation of black grape varieties. Sparkling process using the Charmat - Martinotti method, long and at low temperatures in autoclaves. Aged in stainless steel tanks and subsequently in bottles positioned vertically. The color is pale pink. On the nose, it has a fine, persistent, and balanced bouquet with floral and delicate notes, hints of wild strawberry pulp, and freshly picked rose petals. On the palate, it is very fresh and silky, subtle and continuous. Recommended pairing with white meats, fresh cheeses, and shellfish, as well as delicate foods and dry pastries.
