Aging is done first in stainless steel containers for about 5/6 months, followed by transfer to barrique for another 9 months. The refining is then done in the bottle for about 5/6 months. The color is ruby red with clear and bright reflections. On the nose, it is floral, fruity, and vegetal, with notes of berries, scents of strawberry, raspberry, and plum. On the palate, it is dry, warm, moderately fresh and tannic, balanced, intense, and persistent; the same scents perceived in the nose are found.
