Wine of intense ruby red color with violet reflections; the bouquet is very intense and persistent with scents of cherries and raspberries; on the palate the wine is savory, slightly bitter typical of the grape variety, well-structured and with a good balance between alcohol and acidity. Excellent pairing with traditional Piedmontese first courses, appetizers, and also as an aperitif.
