This vine typical of the hills of Langhe and Roero generates a product that is not too complex but of great satisfaction. With a vivid ruby red color, a persistent aroma with predominance of red berries. On the palate, it presents with moderate acidity and a balanced tannin that gives it a good persistence in the mouth. VINE: Barbera. VINEYARD: Hilly areas at altitudes between 250-310 meters above sea level, with a southwest exposure. CULTIVATION: Traditional with Guyot pruning. AGING: Refinement in steel and cement tanks for 2 months and about 4 months in bottle. ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: Vivid ruby red color, persistent aroma with predominance of red berries. On the palate, it presents with moderate acidity and balanced and persistent tannin. PAIRINGS: It pairs well with cured meats, first courses, poultry, roasts, and game.
