On the palate, it is fresh, soft, and mineral. GRAPE VARIETY: Nebbiolo VINEYARD: The production area covers a wide hill, entirely planted with Nebbiolo. The average altitude ranges between 250-310 meters above sea level, with exposure from East to South-East. CULTIVATION: Organic with Guyot pruning. AGING: The Langhe Rosato ages for at least 2 months in steel and concrete tanks before bottling.
