Winemaking: The must is fermented at controlled temperature to enhance the aromas and varietal fragrances that characterize the product. Wine with a straw yellow color. Intense aroma of fresh fruit. Pleasant and harmonious on the palate. Ideal with appetizers, seafood dishes, and Mediterranean first courses. 100% FIANO IGT. Wine ready after about 2 months from bottling. 12% vol. 750 ml.
