History of the grape variety: The red wine of Indicazione Geografica Tipica obtained from Negroamaro grapes typical of Salento, the area south of Puglia, carefully selected by the Cantina Sociale Pietro Tauro of Alberobello. Winemaking: Classic red winemaking, maceration with the skins at controlled temperature. Intense ruby red with violet reflections. Aromas of red berry fruits: blackberries, raspberries, cherries in spirits with light spicy notes typical of the grape variety. Soft and balanced with good structure. Pairs well with substantial dishes with intense flavors such as: tagliatelle alla bolognese, roasted lamb, game, and cheeses. NEGRAMARO 100% IGT. In stainless steel tanks, only a percentage of 20% is aged in wooden barrels of 20 hectoliters. 13% vol. 750 ml. Serve at a temperature of 16°-18° C.
