Winemaking: The must obtained is left to ferment at a constant temperature throughout the fermentation process. It is a light pink wine with violet reflections, delicate yet intense aroma, and a lively taste. A classic wine to use throughout the meal, it pairs well with medium-structured first courses of Mediterranean cuisine, but also with second courses like stuffed cuttlefish, grilled octopus, and baked mullet... just to name a few. 100% NEGROAMARO IGT. The must ferments in autoclave, at controlled temperature. 12% vol. 750 ml. Serve at a temperature of 9°-10° C.
