History of the grape: Sparkling rosé wine of Typical Geographical Indication obtained from the soft pressing of red grape varieties from the hills of Alberobello, directly pressed at the Cantina Sociale Pietro Tauro. Winemaking: The must ferments in autoclave, at a controlled temperature, retaining the carbon dioxide naturally produced during fermentation, giving the wine its typical fruity aroma of the grape. It is a wine of a light pink color, more or less intense. Fresh and persistent, with an elegant and harmonious taste. A classic wine to be used throughout the meal, it pairs well with medium-structured first courses of Mediterranean cuisine, but also with second courses like stuffed cuttlefish, grilled octopus, baked mullet… just to name a few. 100% NEGROAMARO IGT. 11+1% vol. 750 ml. Serve at a temperature of 9°-10° C.
