Barrel Wave (Bottle 33 cl)
A very unique beer, obtained from the barrel aging of Scarborough Fair IPA, one of the base line beers from Wold Top Brewery. The aromatic profile is therefore herbaceous, citrusy, and earthy from the British hops, accompanied by significant ethyl nuances. The barrels in which it rests for eight months previously contained "Spirit of Yorkshire" whisky, whose memories manifest in the glass with intense vanilla notes. Truly unusual for an English-style IPA aged in barrels, it is one of the very few examples in the world. As if that weren't enough, it's also Gluten free!
