Barrel Wave. A very special beer, obtained from the maturation in barrel of Scarborough Fair IPA, one of the beers from the basic line of Wold Top Brewery. The aromatic profile is therefore herbal, citrusy, and earthy from the British hops, accompanied by significant ethereal nuances. The barrels in which it rests for eight months previously contained whisky "Spirit of Yorkshire", whose memories manifest in the glass with intense vanilla notes. Truly unusual for an English IPA raised in a barrel; it is one of the very few specimens in the world. As if that weren't enough, also Gluten free!
