The "Che Belle Gose" is a unique beer, the result of a brewing experiment by Daniele Cosenza (Birrificio Civale), Alessio Selvaggio and Federico Casari (Croce di Malto), and Riccardo Franzosi (Birra Montegioco). Inspired by the salty beers of Leipzig (gose), it is produced with the addition of white and pink salt. It has a hazy blonde color, with fine-grained white foam. The aroma is dominated by floral and coriander notes, clearly evident. At the first sip, the salt is immediately appreciated, present but never overwhelming, perfectly balanced between the sweet notes of malt and the delicately hoppy notes of German hops. A touch of final acidity cleanses the palate and immediately invites another sip. To be drunk in buckets!
